'Cooking Holidays'


Jaipur, Cochin and Nilgiri are setting a good example for a new way to explore eco-tourism, cooking holidays. And looking at the past, it only gets better and interesting for travel buffs. Maybe its the natural flavor or the natural touch to the whole experience of Eco-travelling that makes the trip all more exciting and full of surprises.

Though in India 'Cooking Holidays' seems a nascent industry within Eco-tourism but it surely holds a lot of promise for the simple reason that Indian cuisine has not got its due within media corridors. From the spicy north Indian curries to the bland and salty eastern dishes, from the sweet and sour Gujarati delicacies to the mouth watering southern platters, India gives a lot of options for the cooking enthusiast.
